Sony’s New SRS-U10 Universal External Speaker

It has come to our attention that Sony will likely release the new SRS-U10 external speakers on the week of October 10, 2006 for 6,980 yen or approx. USD$58. This retail price should be accurate as it’s a quote from SonyStyle Japan.

The compact SRS-U10 is a universal external speaker so to speak because its input will accept any sort of digital audio and portable video devices. Discerning PSP fans will be especially delighted as the SRS-U10 will be bundled with a special PSP stand for docking purposes if you will. This little compact speaker is perfect for a small desktop or even by the bedside.
