Opened the sealed packaging to discover the worst type of headphones ever. Not worth a dollar. Didn't even include the little piece of foam to cover the earphone so it won't hurt your ears. The right earphone was damaged. The only help Sony offered was to send them the earphone back and they would "consider replacing" it, for the same "not worth a dollar" headphones. Thanks. It's not even worth the postage costs. Bought this product for 90+tax in Best Buy 5th Ave NY. Opened the sealed packaging to discover the worst type of headphones ever. Not worth a dollar. Didn’t even include the little piece of foam to cover the earphone so it won’t hurt your ears. The right earphone was damaged.
