		<description>People who don&#039;t have a chance of a career in the motion picture business resort to ridiculous lawsuits like this one.  Even assuming that the screenplay went to Sony, it doesn&#039;t mean that the people who developed the game ever read it. You have to prove access into order to prove copyright infringement.  Furthermore, the game and screenplay are both based in mythology, which is in the public domain.  I don&#039;t think this guy knows what he&#039;s doing.  And he&#039;s literally flushed down the toilet whatever chance he ever had in the business because no one will every take a submission from him again.</description>
