iResQ Offers Full-Service Repairs on Sony PSP

iResQ, having performed next-day Apple-related upgrades and repairs since 1994, is now branching out into a new market: the Sony PlayStation Portable. Repairs are now available for the PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 series, with support for the just-released PSP-3000 soon to come. The new PSP repairs encompass 24-hr. diagnostic services, LCD screens, high-capacity batteries, joy sticks, and UMD laser repair. The Sony PSP is a natural fit in its service line that provides 24-hr. repair of Apple iPods, iPhones, Apple TV, and Desktop and Portable computers. Similar to other familiar iResQ services, pickup and delivery of the customer unit is in a shipper-approved foam lined container.

“Sony projects sales of 15-16 million PSP units for this year alone, so we know there has to be some PSP owners out there who need help. We have a skilled staff of techs who love their game consoles as much as their Apple products, so it makes sense to offer PSP repair,” said Brian Buffington, iResQ General Manager. “The PSP is extremely small and fragile, and along with that comes opportunity for drops, spills, and general hardware failure. With repair of broken LCD screens being such an integral part of our business, I can see PSP screen repair being one of our hottest new repair items. We’re excited to expand our traditional 24-hr. service offerings to a whole new family of products.”

Sony PSP repairs will be performed within 24 hours of receipt at the iResQ repair facility in Kansas City, and customers are provided with the appropriate shipping materials and pre-paid labels to safely transport the units around the country. Customers can easily order PSP repair via iResQ’s secure website.

This company is not a a legit place of business. I had sent something as simple as a psp to this company for repairs and they took forever sending my psp back after they so called themselves repairing it ,but the sound devise was not functioning.
I sent the PSP back for repair and asked IRESQ to repair it correctly .It's been a month total that IRESQ has had my PSP.
Every time I called they would give me the run around stating that they are waiting for a part to come in.
DO not give this company you equipment for repairs , because i might be months before you get it back repaired correctly .
