Color Reproduction Difference Between Vaio TZ and Vaio TT

img04_1

Sony really upped the ante with the color reproduction aspect of the Vaio TT compared to previous models. In this picture, we see the Vaio TZ on the left in comparison to the Vaio TT. Pretty damn noticeable, don’t you think? Reminds me of the difference between the PSP-3000 and previous versions.

If my eyes serve me correctly (and I think they do since I’m staring at my Vaio TZ right now), shouldn’t the TZ on the left also be black?
It seems to me that the tz on the left is very much over-exposed, and this would definitely cause the great difference in colors.

My TZ’s color reproduction is just fine, where did you find yours?

No, that TZ on the left is a special 10th anniversary edition that came out in 2007 since the Vaio brand was created in 1997 as well and is the color of Sony’s first ever laptop, a lightish purple.
