I really, really don't get why everyone wants slim PS3 so soon, it's not like the Xbox/360 (with its really big power supply transformer as well) get's nowhere near the same complaining on about “it’s too big!” and “why is there no slim version!?” let alone how noisy it is too. Also the PS3; still perhaps a bit on the big side, but it’s far sexier in design than a plastic-looking noisy 360. At least Sony DO release slimmer versions of its consoles, unlike Microsoft that never have even bothered doing one as of yet. The original PlayStation had its slim (PSone) nearly 9 years after it come out, PS2's slim come out 4 years after it come out and PSP’s was 3 years ater it come out. So if Sony does decide to make one it will be another 3 years or so yet. Sony are still losing money on each PS3 sold so I very much doubt they’re looking into making a slim version for a while yet when smaller components are cheaper to make, if they did make one around now, it would end up more expensive than the current model and once again people will moan. You can never win, Sony. Lol Over all, I thought it was a fantastic E3 presentation for Sony; I love the new motion control system, Uncharted 2, Grand Tursimo on PSP, MAG, ModNation Racers, The Last Guardian and of course, the PSP Go! Itself. I thought the price of the PSP Go! Would be at least around £30 less than the PSP-3000 but I guess it has something to do with gaining some profit lost on the PS3.
