Phone Arena Shows Off Sony Ericsson’s Satio

Phone Arena recently did an incredible Sony Ericsson Satio review, which is a 12 megapixel dynamo phone with a 16 million color screen and much more. The operating system, Symbian, seems well-rounded but a little boring. Android would probably be much better suited for something of this caliber, don’t you think? We recently covered the Satio in our comparison table with the iPhone 3GS, and the initial Satio product announcement. The phone isn’t expected to hit until the end of the year.
And, for your added enjoyment, here is the promotional Sony Ericsson video with a cute model:

how much will this cost me? x_x
not cheap that is for sure, I'd venture a guess of 549 to maybe 699 canadian, perhaps even more. I've heard estimates of 449 to 599 euros myself. Regardless this is the phone I will be picking up for sure, unless nokia releasese something better before october. This will probably also be my new mp3 player.
Good videos! I'm not really impressed with the camera functions that are shown, but I assume it will have all features that the C902 and C905 have, right?
I've played with the Satio, it's stunning. it's based on what is the first Symbian (Foundation) platform; for the device that means Symbian OS + S60 +some Sony Ericsson technology and as you can see it certainly has some exciting features. It's a bit random to say that Android would be better suited but interested to see if that means anything to anyone. I also fnd it funny that you would call an operating system boring, do you expect it to sing and dance?! If you mean that Symbian needs to upgrade the platform, you're right, and being open source now, the entire Symbian community is working on it.
