They still didnt have it in stock, but said it would be available starting this friday hopefully. <br><br>Some toughts<br>1. As everyone has been saying, the capacitive oled screen is beautiful. screen response is really good. <br>2. the OS is really snappy. I am happy to see that this walkman also starts and switches off instantly. no waiting for 15 to 20 seconds for it to start. keep the play button pressed for about a second and it instantly comes to life. Irrespective of how small this thing is, i always loved this about sony walkmans. <br>3. the slacker app. i hadnt read any reviews about it anywhere. so i really wanted to try this out. and i have mostly good things to say! as everyone knows, rather than playing the music over the air(like the iphone/touch), the slacker app downloads all the music. the demo unit had 3 stations preloaded (todays hits, alternative , r&b). from what i understood from teh error messages when trying to refresh the stations, i learnt the following<br> a. there is a device id associated with teh player and you need to link that device id to your slacker account online.
