At this point, to compare SonyStyle and Apple stores is to compare apples and oranges. I fault the employees far less than the company. If you were working a commission-based job, would you devote full time and enthusiasm to an under-hyped product that wasn’t in stock? I wouldn’t.

Moreover, this review disappoints me. I moved on to an Archos from an NW-HD5 two years ago and don’t suspect this will woo me back. This player is missing too much that others with better performance-cost ratios provide.

Disappointing that HD Radio is not being included in these new products. Why not include it? Some users won't be interested, but I can't imagine not purchasing it because it had too many features. im sry that the ppl there werent as friendly, i work @ sony style and we b talking to everyone regardless of purchasing or not. as the the walkman not being available.. they not available @ any sony style store yet, nobody say y not but im thinkin supply constrains

If I recall, I left comments on here periodically asking you to contact sony to ask about support for PS store before the product was released. Yet you never responded or listened.

I think I was the only one who thought about PS Store support when they showed this off at the CES 2009 show. Shows how much you listen to commenters inputs.

I even blogged about it on my blog. I wrote two entries, one sometime in january starting a rumor saying it would get support for PS store, and then recently, one about how they angered me. I'm a little more in touch with people but it's w/e.
