<description>[...] Sony has announced the launch of a new multi-tasking digital photo frame &#8211; the S-Frame DPP-F700 &#8211; that offers a built-in photo printer. The Sony F700 allows you to edit images before printing, and it features one gigabyte of internal storage capacity with an auto-resizing adjustment that downsizes photos to store up to 2,000 photos. One interesting feature of the printer is the Creative Print mode which lets you print calendars with pictures, ID photos and layout prints with more than one picture on a sheet of paper. The DPP-F700 will offer you a 7-inch WVGA display, a 16:10 LCD display, USB connectivity, 1GB of built-in memory and support for most memory cards out there. As well as displaying images on-screen – loaded either via USB or on a memory card, but frustratingly not wirelessly – the DPP-F700 can spit out 4 x 6-inch glossy prints for your mother-in-law to take away. The option of showcasing time/date in up to 21 different templates, and can print pictures. It would be cool to have this in your house somewhere common so friends could print out their favorite pictures while visiting. Complete with remote control, the DPP-F700 digital photo frame-printer will be available in the States for about $200 in January. Via [...]</description>
